Post Op Care For Myself In North Jersey

NOT a senior. Male in my 30s. Will be recovering from major surgery. Mostly will need help with getting meals & deliveries, taking me to any post op appointments, keeping me on top of pain management and possibly changing dressings. I'm otherwise extremely independent. About care needs: Someone who has worked with people of all genders and backgrounds (race, class, ethnicities). Someone that is straightforward, calm and collected. Experienced. CLEAN. A good conversationalist is a plus but not necessary. As is a good cook. Services needed: transportation, errands/ shopping, and light housekeeping (mostly laundry). Preferences for a caregiver who is CPR / first-aid trained. **IMPORTANT NOTE: You will not be helping me in my home but a rental in NJ within an hour of Manhattan, where I will be having surgery.
