About who needs care: Mild learning disabilities and autism An ideal day would be making sure he gets up, and gets ready for the day. Then, he would drive himself to part time job and appointments.. ( You should have about 5 or 6 hours free during the weekdays. In the afternoons, you would support him while he cooks dinner and cleans the kitchen, maybe go out mini golfing, movies ect.. make sure he takes his meds and he usually goes to sleep around 10 There would be some weekends that you would be needed but, some you would be free. About the care needs: A caregiver with experience working with people with autism and/or learning disabilities would be preferred. Someone who enjoys a healthy lifestyle and would encourage him to eat healthy and work out is important to us. You must be patient, kind and like to have fun. He likes to stay busy, going to the gym, parks, mini golf, arcades, amusement parks ect. Services needed include: companionship.
