Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. every 8 weeks We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide essential care and support for a 69-year-old woman with Alzheimer's disease. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, medication management, meal preparation, personal hygiene, companion care, and transportation to medical appointments. This role requires patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our loved one.
