Companion & Care Needed For Parents, Manchester Township

I am looking for care for my parents. Along with general care, they do not/should not drive but do have a vehicle, it would be great if you are also willing to do transportation to doctor's visits that we are unable to go to, light food shopping and housekeeping, and some cooking. My Mom, 84, tiny and frail, and over the past few weeks weaker and depressed, not eating properly or drinking fluids, not taking medications, and getting out of bed. My Father, 83, in good health, and pretty high energy but not very active. He also has later stage Alzheimer's but does not require physical care and would assist with mom, but does need mental assistance, reminders to eat, bath, etc. My mother would need more care, although mobile, does not have strength or want to take care of herself.
