Hands-on Care Needed For My Father

About who needs care: Uses a wheelchair. Has a colostomy bag and catheter. A typical day: He gets up at 7:30 a.m. , then transfers to a bedside chair to get dressed. After that, he heads to the bathroom to shave and puts his hearing aids in. He wheels himself to the table for breakfast then heads back to brush his teeth. Mid-late morning, he heads to his office area where putters around until lunch. After lunch he likes to talk or read. 2:30 nap time! About the care needs: He would need someone who is comfortable with mobility issues. He uses a sit-to-stand to help him transfer and/or a walker. Dad is very pleasant, but does have some short-term memory loss that comes and goes. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
