Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Jersey City

Seeking hands-on care near Jersey City for my father in his 80s. Medication management is required. Our father has Parkinson's disease and dementia. He needed monitoring his blood pressure because his medication could cause sudden drop blood pressure and instability during standing and walking. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. Responsibilities include feeding. We're looking for someone to provide companionship.
