About who needs care: My husband has unspecified dementia. His memory is very poor and while he was always very verbal, his speech is slipping. He is very social, enjoys playing cards and chess and doing word search. His sleep is erratic, so he sometimes sleeps late into the morning or even afternoon. About the care needs: I hope for a caregiver who is easy going, cheerful, flexible and attentive and kind! Playing cards would help - and also playing a cooperative game of solitaire together. Chess would be a plus. Services needed include: companionship.
