Live-In Weekend Care Needed For My Mother In North Haledon

About who needs care: Mom is 86 years old with early onset dementia. She recently broke her left arm so mobility is unsteady. I have care for her during the week, but need coverage beginning on Fridays at 4 p.m. through Monday morning at 10am, to provide companionship, help with toileting, meals, moving around, medications, getting into bed. During the day she will watch the news or movies. She typically gets in to bed around 6:30pm, will need to use the bathroom around 10pm, usually sleeps well through the night, needs the bathroom at about 6:45-7 a.m. - will then get back in bed until about 9 a.m. She then uses the bathroom, brushes her teeth (assisted for balance and with only use of one arm), I brush her hair and bring her downstairs for breakfast. About the care needs: My mom recently lost her husband of 60 years so someone who is compassionate, gentle and loving, soft spoken, understands when she wants to just have quiet and not converse. She is only about 135 lbs so she is easy to handle. Services needed include: meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
