About who needs care: My 92-year-old mother fell and injured her neck. She is wearing a collar, spent 1 week in hospital, 2 weeks in rehab. Can not live alone anymore. We have temporary coverage right now. She wakes up about 8am, goes to bed about 10 p.m. Needs help using bathroom, meals. She used a walker now. About the care needs: She needs help with bathroom- using fishers too at present but this should improve. She is very used to being independent and is unhappy about situation. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
