About the job
My dad has Dementia and needs assistance with walking and mobility. The preferred candidate would assist with bathing/dressing, toileting care as he is incontinent, mobility assistance and help staying physically active, medication prompting, meal prepping, as well as transportation for errands and appointments as he is not able to drive. I have to point out that he smokes half a pack of cigarettes a day indoors so the preferred candidate would have to be ok with it. I am looking for someone with a caring, supportive, and fun personality as he loves being around people with a sense of humor. However, he can also be very stubborn, and I am also looking for someone with a thick skin. I can explain more in detail later.
