I'm looking for companion care for my wife in her 40s - she is physically fit and able, but is visually impaired. We have difficulty with my work schedule and limited availability at doctors for her and our 5-year-old son. Mother in law used to be able to assist but she is no longer capable. This would be sort of 'as-needed' but would need someone to transport my wife and sometimes son to various appointments, assist my wife to get into the building and navigate her surroundings and help out to fill out forms and such.
