Caregiver For My Elderly Parents

Hello... I'm looking for help for my parents. My dad has dementia and will need help bathing/cleaning himself. Also sitting with and encouraging him while he eats. My mom needs help with light housekeeping and warming up food. She only orders take out so there will be no cooking involved except making a cup of tea. Unfortunately their bathroom has a tub so supporting him in the shower is very important. Right now we're not positive about days and hours. We would work together setting up a schedule.
