Companion Assistant Needed For Mid-50s Male

Help needed for my father in his 50s - seeking part-time assistance. He does not need any assistance with healthcare, mobility, grooming, or meal prep. He has reduced mobility and would like someone to retrieve boxes and items from around the home, bring them to him, and assist in sorting through those items to save, throw away, or organize. This is not an overfilled home with items piled in rooms. This is simply a home clean-up and organization job. The ideal candidate is a non-smoker who is comfortable with pets and can lift up to 40lbs. easily. Hours and days are flexible.
