Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Barnegat

I'm looking for companion care for my mother, 90 years old in a couple of months. Assistance with getting out of bed and dressed, morning medication is needed which will be pre-organized in a pill case. Some other responsibilities will include to assist as needed to get to the bathroom, sofa, kitchen chair using her walker, helping her get her breakfast and lunch to the table. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion, speaks Spanish is a plus but not needed. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
