Companion Care Needed For My Mother In West Lebanon

About who needs care: She has debilitating sciatica and treatments are not working. She is at a point where she cannot take care of basic household chores like laundry and taking out the trash. About the care needs: She has no cognitive issues- she just has mobility and pain issues and no local support network (my sister, her other daughter) died two years ago and I live 5 hours away with my family. She is extremely smart and loves reading. Before her sciatica issues, she was a hospice nurse and loves caring for people. She has a hard time accepting help. Lastly, she has a lot of shame about not being able to handle these tasks and keep a clean house. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
