About who needs care: My mother, Linda, has recently had multiple strokes, which affected both sides of her body. She needs assistance with all ADL's, toileting, and transfers between bed, wheelchair, and commode. She is able to eat with set up assistance. Her cognition is normal, so she is able to tell you, her needs. Happy to discuss more! About the care needs: Someone who is reliable and comfortable with stand/pivot transfers, toileting (bedpan and commode), washing her up as needed. She has medications due at specific times, she knows when she needs to take them. My mom is very easy going, so she would be happy relaxing in the quiet or chatting! Monday's are a necessity every week. The other days will vary based on her appts and our needs. Times of shift can be a little flexible as well. Thank you!
