About who needs care: Mild dementia (issues with short term memory/recall). Lives alone after death of spouse (age 94) in September 2024. No physical underlying conditions. Sleeps late in morning, would like help with transportation (bone builders/bible study, store), light housekeeping and meal prepping. About the care needs: We desire a female with a friendly demeanor who is experienced providing care to those with cognitive deficits- short term memory issues-recent loss of spouse. Could benefit by someone to do errands (shopping, picking up Rx or bringing to community service events). Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
