About who needs care: Patient wears depends and is incontinent, uses a walker, weakness on right side but is left handed. Self feed. Needs quite a bit of help in the shower but can wash her body but cannot wash her hair or back. She can brush her teeth. About the care needs: Helen has a funny personality, she needs to be pushed & has to gain confidence in what she can do but also needs an understanding of her challenges. Helen is mostly found sitting in her lift chair. She loves hallmark and lifetime movies. She has a small dog, a Yorkie. He rarely barks, does not bite. But may jump at times. Cooper is 4. 5 pounds. Services needed include: transportation, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
