About who needs care: She is a breast cancer survivor, has high cholesterol, is overweight, had a blood clot, has had 2 syncope episodes, broke her arm and shoulder with the first one in August last year, just had the 2nd one this past Friday with no injuries, has bad knees. Needs to be reminded to take meds. Needs help with healthy meals. About the care needs: An outgoing, compassionate professional female would be ideal. Probably needed for 2 hours daily during the week between 2-4. Help with taking meds, help with food shopping and meal prep. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
