About who needs care: Has lung cancer that metastasized to her brain so mobility is becoming an issue. She has trouble deeply breathing so she gets breathing treatments as needed and a fingerstick in the morning with insulin administration. That may or may not be part of the duties. She likes to watch TV and has her own basement apartment in our home. We are looking for someone to help get her up from a chair to her walker and to the bathroom, assist with bathing/bathroom duties, help get dressed, assist with personal hygiene, prepare light meals for her, refill her water and coffee, etc. About the care needs: Friendly, patient, and kind are the most important. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
