Seeking Part-time Care For Sister W/ Down Syndrome And Alzheimer's

I need senior care provider with experience for my sweet sister who has both Down Syndrome and Alzheimer's. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Bathroom Assistance, Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Light Meal Preparation, Companionship. Rhonda is a kind, happy, sometimes stubborn, funny person who is adored by everyone who ever met her. There is some flexibility with the schedule. The hours posted would just be the best-case scenario for us but there is room for changes. Looking for 24 hours a week but could hire 2 people if the days/hours don't exactly work for one person.
