- Early onset Alzheimer's (67 y/o) - has a caregiver M-Fri 7A-4P - Husband is gone from 530A-530P - has been increasingly behavioral with my father, so we're trying to give him some respite. - still ambulatory but has visual- perceptual deficits - mostly continent, but has trouble orienting herself in the bathroom - needs hands on assist for dressing - able to feed herself but requires set up and then prompts - no longer able to perform simple meal prep; my father (her husband) grills, makes simple meals/leftovers or sends out for dinners - She enjoys watching sports, walking, her kids/grandkids; used to love gardening/keeping up her yard but hasn't been able to recently either Services needed include: meal preparation, night time ADL, putting her to bed, light housekeeping, companionship
