About who needs care: Just released from hospital for bronchitis. Having trouble walking and eating. Lives with husband and brother. Being taken care of by daughter Liz. Any type of daytime/evening help would be great. 4-8hr shifts. She is walking and falling and having trouble remembering. She is struggling with the pride of being sick and suddenly immobile. She is weak from barely eating over the last 10days. Hobbies: art, clothes, antiques, family, ocean walking, Ideal day: she wants to be a part of her own life and home About the care needs: Personality: This person needs to be compassionate and level headed. Kathy (patient) is confused and frustrated about her situation. She has a hard time accepting help. Kathy (patient) needs help walking, eating, using the bathroom, bathing, and being mobile. She is struggling to have an appetite and needs to be encouraged to eat. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
