Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Hampton

About who needs care: I am Mary's Healthcare Proxy. Mary has had 2 x strokes and needs assistance with getting in and out of the shower and some light housekeeping. We also need to make sure she is eating enough. Mary does not drive and may need an occasional ride to the bank & grocery store. Mary enjoys reading and watching crime dramas. I do live in Mary's upstairs apartment and try to make sure she does have food and help with any outside household chores. You should also know that she is a smoker. We do live a block to the beach and I try to encourage her to get out and enjoy the sun in the warmer weather. About the care needs: I believe a female would be the best fit since I am looking for help with showers / bathing. She does not require assistance, however you would need to be outside the shower or bathroom for any assistance. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
