Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Concord

About who needs care: Basically breakfast prep, lunch prep. allow mother to rest during the mid morning and mid afternoon. Pt and Ot are coming in twice a week. Mother needs to walk more and needs supervision. Most important is med reminders. The meds are listed and boxed. About the care needs: Mother has been a very social person, drove her car to appts and shopping, Church every week, Many friends and entertained, out to dinners. Mother did very well until her stroke, no paralysis but suffers mild memory loss, which we hope she regains. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
