Quadriplegic Man Needs Help With Personal Care In Chichester

A part time position is available in Chichester every other weekend and Wednesday and Thursday evenings, assisting a quadriplegic man in his home with a variety of tasks related to personal care. The pay is $25 per hour for personal care. The personal care duties include: operating Hoyer lift to transfer him from a power wheelchair to bed and to a shower chair, dressing, toileting, showering, grooming, performing range of motion exercises, housekeeping, meal preparation and various other activities (ADLs) related to personal care. Experiences preferred but not necessary and all applicants will go through a training/orientation with the other household staff members. Applicants must have their own reliable transportation.
