About who needs care: Incomplete quadriplegic, has use of left side better than right. Has urinary catheter, care by me. Assistance with ADL's, uses walker in house, powered wheelchair outside of house. Very sports enjoyed. Likes drives when good weather. Rides to appointment at VA. About the care needs: Enjoy sports. Experience with spinal cord/mobility challenged. Needs to physically assist to standing at times. Experience with showering at times. Light cooking/ dishes. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
