About who needs care: Dementia - has been mild for the most part up until this point. Interests in sports. Enjoys routine at home. Previously enjoyed walking, going to the gym, hanging with friends. Recent back surgery has seemed to progress his Dementia symptoms. They live alone but does have a close friend that will be able to supplement times to check on him. Looking for someone who has experience that will align with additional check ins and daily assistance or reminders at times to gauge that normal daily tasks are being met. His close friend works so may not always be able to go over everyday and also for at least twice a day. Need someone to supplement this so my father's well being is tended to regarding checking his medications taken appropriately, that he is caring for himself/bathing each day and feeding himself or making meals and general home pickup/minor cleaning to assist at times About the care needs: Caregiver that has some experience with elders who show or have signs of Dementia and/or Alzheimer's. Someone who lives fairly locally to Berlin, NH so within a 15-20 minute radius at most. Someone who is flexible with the scheduling to an extent within their business hours. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
