About the job
About who needs care: She has mild Alzheimer's Dementia and lives independently at home just fine right now. She however no longer has a car and feels pretty trapped during the week. My brother and I currently take her to appointments, but we know should like to get out and about more than we are able to help with. She enjoys taking leisurely drives and going to the library to read the paper or some magazines and in general be around people. About the care needs: Some who loves to chit chat and is patient. My mom's hearing isn't the best, we are working on addressing that, so patience when having to repeat things. Her short term memory is where her dementia is the most noticeable so extreme patience with that as well. Services needed include: transportation.
