About who needs care: We need overnight help for a very sweet, kind lady in her late 80s. Ideally we will hire 3 people to share this position. The client usually gets up 1-2 times /night and needs assistance transferring from bed to wheelchair and wheelchair to toilet using a gait belt. We have floor to ceiling poles at each point of transfer to assist in transferring as well. We need RELIABLE overnight help. There is a bedroom and full bath available for caregiver use.
