About who needs care: My mother is not very mobile. She experienced a fall a year and a half ago and hasn't kept up her own health. My step father is in the hospital now and is dying so she will be alone. She is also a bit of a hoarder and we are working to get her house in a better place. About the care needs: Someone who is patient and can help lift my mom if needed. Someone who can be direct but still compassionate as my mom can be stubborn. My mom loves crime dramas so if someone likes those shows she will talk about them for hours. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
