St. Anne's Guest Home is a quaint 47 bed Basic Care residence located in a quiet neighborhood in Grand Forks, ND. We have a unique opportunity for an ND LPN to join our small but dedicated Nursing Staff here at St. Anne's Guest Home. We provide a safe, quiet, family environment to provide basic care assistance to our elderly residents who come from all parts of North Dakota to come live with us. Carries out physician orders. Sets up medications and dispenses them to the residents. Assists with checking on new orders and monthly medication sheets. Performs required nursing documentation. Makes doctor's appointments for our residents and schedules their transportation to hospitals and clinics. Monitors weekly and monthly blood pressures of residents. Performs necessary foot care for residents with diabetes. Observes policies and procedures of Infection Control and Hazardous Materials Program. Attends annual in-service meetings. Maintains the Nurse's Office in a clean, neat, and orderly manner. Carries out tasks of the Director of Nursing in her absence. Pay: $20-28 per hour. Part-time would also be an option (3 days per week).
