Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Fordville

I need a senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, monitoring of vitals and blood sugar, Housekeeping (including dishes, laundry, vacuuming, disinfecting/bathroom cleaning) Meal Preparation, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Please be willing to do housekeeping items listed above. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments. The individual needing care is very independent but not able to continue living alone without monitoring of self care and medication.
