I need a hands-on care provider familiar with dementia and end of life for my mother in her 90s. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. This is an overnight position from 9 p.m. - 7 a.m. every day. She is in her final stages and is bed-bound. Likely this will be short-term assignment for 6-8 weeks. I have full-time care during the day already but I would like an extra set of eyes and hands overnight in case she tries to get up or needs to be helped to her bedside commode. Main responsibility is to be available if she seems to need help and push her call button for the Assisted Living aid on site, then assist with helping her to the commode, rolling, changing, etc. Would also like for her to not be alone in case she were to pass overnight.
