Weekend In Home Sr Care Needed.

We are seeking weekend caregiver for our Mom who is 92. Notable medical conditions are congestive heart failure, insulin dependent diabetes, urinary incontinence and occasional bowel urgency. She uses a Rollator walker at all times and fatigues very quickly. She needs diabetic and low NA meal preparations, medication reminders, blood pressure 3x week. She is able to check her blood sugar and give her own insulin under supervision. She takes medication at breakfast time and bedtime. She has mild cognitive impairment, short-term memory loss, and mild to moderate dementia. She is retired RN, enjoys watching Hallmark TV and doing crossword puzzles. Other responsibilities would include cleaning up kitchen after meals, laundry as needed, assist with dressing and other light housekeeping as needed.
