About who needs care: End stage Heart failure, diabetic, COPD, ambulates with rollater, can dress self and clean self, moved here in Sept 24' from NY because dad couldn't live by himself anymore. I take care of his needs as meal prep, drinks, snacks and meds. He gets up in AM, breakfast, watches news. May take a walk, Lunch, dinner. We only go somewhere when there's a physician appt or to take him for a ride. He doesn't drive anymore. He likes to watch movies. About the care needs: We would prefer a man to have those manly conversations. Daddy can undermine women and try to control them. Someone that is caring, but stern and convincing. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
