About who needs care: I have ALS. I have a feeding tube but still eat most meals by mouth. I need my foods blended in a food processor. I take most liquids and medicine through the feeding tube. I communicate by using a type to speech app. I am in a motorized wheelchair and use a lift to transfer. My caregiver needs to be able to roll me to get me into the sling for the lift. About the care needs: Must love dogs. I have two My husband works from home and will be here to help in between meetings. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
