Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Vale

About who needs care: My mom has Vascular dementia. Sundowners, vertigo, and incontinent issues. She loves her dogs and loves to garden. She needs help reminding her to take her medication and when to eat or reminding her she already ate. She loses track of time. She has some mobility issues. She sleeps in till about 10 a.m. and starts her day. Some days, she will do light housework and wash her clothes. About the care needs: I'm looking for someone who likes to garden. Someone who understands the dimensions of Dementia, is patient with her and likes animals. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
