Periodic Transport To Doctors And Shopping

We are looking for someone to take my 79-year-old mom to appointments and possibly some shopping. She currently lives in an assisted living community but they do not have transportation. She lives in Rutherfordton. Note: it may not be on the days I chose. We are probably looking at 4 to 5 appointments per week. We are open to the possibility of a situation where we pay a small salary to be available every week and if you work over that time pay extra.
