About who needs care: Bed sore which is being treated by nurse and trained family member. Likes to discuss the bible and sings hymns. Her recent cognitive test is of someone in their 70's. She has a since of humor. soft spoken and intelligent. After breakfast she naps. Once she is awake a few PT and OT exercises, needs to be encouraged to drink water and to eat. About the care needs: Someone with a since of humor, with patience and pleasant. Capable of assisting with transferring her from one place to another (to toilet, bed, wheel chair, walker), adjusting her in recliner or wheel chair to prevent pressure on healing bedsore, bathing sometimes. She sleeps with a Purewick.. give her breakfast and hand her morning meds. A family member will be present. . Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
