About who needs care: My dad is the absolute sweetest man in the world. Everyone who knows him says that about him. Unfortunately, he has Alzheimers disease and major memory issues. He needs prompts to do most things. He can go to the bathroom independently if prompted and assisted at times. He can feed himself but needs prompts. He lives with my mother and they have been married for almost 60 years! She does all she can for him but she needs a break. He just needs a supervision , companion care and ADL prompting. He loves music and watching movies. About the care needs: They need to be kind, caring, and patient. They also need to have a good sense of humor because he laughs at everything and makes jokes. He can not always form full sentences, but with a little patience, you can understand what he is saying. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
