About who needs care: seeking in-home care for 76-year-old spouse. He requires assistance with bathing & hygiene, toileting assistance, and mobility & transferring. An estimated 7 hours of care per week are needed (1hr daily: from 8am-9am) The care is necessary due to a diagnosis of Alzheimer's or dementia and will be funded privately. Care is required to begin immediately. Client has a pt appointment at 9:30 ( once he is dressed and ready caregiver can leave. Services needed: Transferring, Bathing/Dressing, Toileting. About the care needs: Non smoker and reliable caregiver needed. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
