Hands-on Care Needed For My Uncle In Raleigh

We need a hands-on care provider with Dementia experience, although my Uncle lives independently and is in his 80s. Assistance with medication prompting is needed. One of your responsibilities will be helping with changing clothes so that he is not wearing the same thing everyday. He can dress himself. And prompting him to take a shower. He can shower himself. We also need someone to handle meal preparation. He can take his meds with his food. Thank you.
