About who needs care: - 79-year-old female; needs assistance with round/trip transportation to/from medical appts. for routine check-ups bi-weekly (average 6 to 8 appts. per month; approximately 2 to 3 hrs. Per appointment); - Assisted devices for mobility (i. e., rolling walker and cane) - Persistent Anemia and Chronic Renal Failure, Stage 5 (port in-arm but no dialysis yet; condition controlled by medications) - Borderline Diabetic - Hypertension About the care needs: - Jovial personality and trustworthy - Have own vehicle; good driver with valid D/L & car insurance - Ability to lift 10-15 lbs (roller walker in/out) or vehicle Services needed include: transportation only to/from medical appointments and/or errands.
