Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Raleigh

About who needs care: My mother needs help with cleaning clothes, cleaning dishes, organizing her house overall. There is a lot of stuff. Possibly some meal prep and grocery shopping. About the care needs: Must be okay with a small dog and cat. Must be okay with being told no and pushing past that to achieve goal. An outgoing personality. There are some depression issues - my mother is going to counseling, but I don't see any improvements. She shuns her kids, so we are unable to help properly. The goal is to keep her in her home with some help. It needs to be organized, cleaned and maintained. My mom does not keep up with the maintenance around the house, mostly due to depression. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
