About the job
My 78-year-old wife (100#), who suffered a stroke on 5/28/24, has been in Rehab longer than we anticipated. However, she is finally returning home Oct 1 after another hospitalization from a fall. Pre-stroke, she was healthy both physically and mentally. With PT Rehab, she began walking some with a walker but cannot bathe herself. We need in-home help 5 or more days/week plus meal prep, help with PT/OT exercises, transferring to/from wheelchairs, toileting, bathing, etc. I would like to hire two caregivers and can work out a schedule that is somewhat flexible. I do not anticipate needing overnight care at this point.
