About who needs care: Has advanced Huntingtons Disease. Is mobile but sometimes has difficulty getting around in public. Can still legally drive but would much prefer transport assistance with doctors appointments. Health history of neck surgery and triple bypass. Dates would have to be looked up. He also splits time between a residence in Reno, NV and Charlotte, NC where two of his kids and two granddaughters live, so it might be tricky to set a permanent schedule. Both children have full-time jobs and cannot assist on a daily basis. Any help would be greatly appreciated Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance.
