Companion Care Needed For My Father In Murphy

I'm looking for companion care for my father in his 80s. Some help needed with bathing routine such as prompting. He can shower himself but needs a routine. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. We really only need a few hours a day usually but are hoping to find someone who can eventually stay the night or weekends for caregiver respite. Dad is a lovely old-time gentleman who is mobile and healthy. He just needs help with life because he cannot remember people or events any more. Our mom just died in June leaving a very sad and underestimated care void.
