About who needs care: COPD, O2, temporary trach. Had gastric surgery. Cured aspiration but post two months hospital bed stay. Limited mobility but improving. Coming home from 3 months in skilled nursing facility. Anticipate 1 month in home care to monitor showering, post toilet skin care, trach cleaning until its out. Lucid. No housekeeping or transport required. About the care needs: We have a friendly cat. I am sister and live with her. Elevator and handicapped access. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
