About who needs care: COPD, hypertension, dizziness Love gardening, reading, needlework Awake around 6:30-7. Potty chair with assist. Coffee and meds and light breakfast. Depending on dizziness, transfer to wheelchair and go to den to watch TV and wait for home PT. Light lunch and nap after lunch. Just home from 2 weeks in hospital, so very weak. About the care needs: Personality: Friendly, understanding, and respect for privacy. Skills: Transfers with assistance, food prep, general housekeeping including laundry, linen changes, assistance with toileting.
